Our meals typically last 5–7 days in the refrigerator, depending on the ingredients. We recommend storing them in the fridge right away to keep them fresh. If you want to extend their shelf life, you can freeze them—just make sure to reheat thoroughly before enjoying! For the best taste and quality, we recommend eating them within the first few days of receiving your order.

For best results, we recommend purchasing 10-12 meals per week. This allows you to stay on track and make healthier choices throughout your busy schedule. However, for the most optimal results, 15-20 meals per week will provide you with greater consistency and convenience, ensuring you have balanced meals available for nearly every day.

If you're not home for delivery, don't worry! We keep your meals fresh by packing them in cooler bags with ice packs, ensuring they stay fresh for hours. If you’re not around when we deliver, your meals will still be perfectly safe and ready to enjoy when you get home. If you have any special instructions for delivery or need a different drop-off arrangement, feel free to let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate!
We encourage you to reuse and recycle your delivery bags! On your next delivery day, simply leave your cooler bag out front, and we’ll pick it up before dropping off your new order. It's an easy way to help keep things eco-friendly!
Our delivery fees are as follows: Same-Day Delivery is $9.95 for orders placed by 3pm CST, and Next-Day Delivery is $5.95 for orders placed the day before. For both Same-Day and Next-Day deliveries, orders must be $100 or more to qualify. For preorders placed 2+ days in advance, delivery is free on orders over $100.
